1. Client Briefing

One of the common first tasks for LeadNet is to proceed with a very detailed briefing for the required position/s. We need to understand how the company functions and the exact purpose of the required role. It’s our aim to gain a greater insight into the requirements, pertaining to position and candidates, as well as essential qualifications and qualities required. This provides a basis, both for our planning and execution of the project. It ensures that there are no misunderstandings and that the necessary points of emphasis are agreed. In this phase the specific set of competences and selection criteria should be defined.

2. Market analysis, targeting companies

The search process starts with detailed market analyzes. Depending on the search region and industry specifics LeadNet starts organizing its resources in order to make systematic and structured market(s) research and sourcing. In this phase, LeadNet prepares a list of target companies which shall be used as a source of potential Candidates.

3. Candidate Mapping / Longlist preparation

Further into the research process, LeadNet prepares a list of identified Candidates. None of the Candidates are approached in this phase. The list should be subsequently discussed, fine-tuned and approved by the Client. LeadNet respects personal data protection not only in this, but in every other phase of the process.

4. Processing / Assessment

After approval of the longlist, the interview phase takes place. LeadNet uses personal interviews as its main assessment tool. The semi-structured personal interviews will be handled by experienced consultants and should ensure that Candidates match requirements of the required position. The interview should also ensure that the move would be an appropriate step for the Candidate in terms of her/his professional expectations and goals.

5. Presentation of the Shortlisted Candidates

As a result of the interviewing phase, LeadNet will present 3-5 shortlisted Candidates to the Client. For each shortlisted Candidate LeadNet prepares a detailed Report that will help Clients to better understand the background, skills and competences of each shortlisted Candidate as well as to better prepare itself for the meeting with the Candidates. The further pace of the process is defined by Client representatives. LeadNet representatives will be available, upon request, at these initial meetings to introduce and facilitate the ongoing process.

6. Offer and Negotiations

The process is finished after the chosen Candidate signs the Engagement Letter. During the phase of offer preparation and of contract terms negotiations, LeadNet is there to provide all necessary support to both sides and to make this process quicker, more efficient and above all, successful.
