Sladjana Ginić

Owner and Director

After fifteen years of considerable executive search experience gained in strong international companies, Slađana Ginic decided to establish her own business, in April 2018, named LeadNet d.o.o. – Leadership Networking. She decided to stay in the executive search industry and to remain focused on executive level, top and middle management positions. Since January 2021 Slađana is also working as Associate Consultant of MU, and together with her team has been supporting MU colleagues throughout the entire CEE region.

Before establishing LeadNet company, Slađana had been managing the Belgrade Office of Amrop Adria for five and a half years. Besides Serbia, she managed projects across the Adriatic region but also global executive search projects, depending on the needs of the clients.

She has been working in HR consulting since 2003, by serving at another international executive search group for almost ten years. Slađana played a significant role in different international research projects, both for internal and external needs. She was a corporate executive search and interviewing trainer for all newcomers and was regularly conducting training courses in various locations. Slađana has significant understanding of the Serbian market and is also very familiar with SEE and other European markets.

Slađana began her career in foreign trade. She was responsible for export/import activities and managed relationships with buyers and suppliers from many European countries. In 2001 she changed the course of her career to the direction of human resources. Before she moved into the HR consulting business, Slađana was working as an HR Manager for one of the largest Serbian beverage producers at that time.

Katarina Andjelković

Researcher

Katarina joined LeadNet in November 2018, and is holding the position of Researcher. Besides providing necessary support for both clients and candidates during the entire selection process, Katarina has been handling research projects for various industries and international clients, not only locally, but also across the Adriatic region and CEE as well.

Katarina is a student of Clinical Psychology at the University of Philosophy in Belgrade. During her studies, she has acquired extensive knowledge in various fields of psychology, some of them being studies of individual differences, emotions and personality, assessment and psychopathology. As a part of her studies, Katarina has conducted multiple experiments and researches, where she co-authored a research paper and co-created a personality test which measured intercultural sensitivity. During this time, she has acquired knowledge in the processes and methodology of research.

Before joining LeadNet, Katarina has spent several years in the hospitality industry, which provided her with great experiences in communicating with people from different cultures, as well as managerial experience.

Katarina has graduated from Law and Business Secondary School in Belgrade. She is fluent in English and has intermediate knowledge of the Spanish language.

Katarina Rešćanski

Researcher

Katarina joined LeadNet in March 2022 as a Researcher. As a part of the research team, Katarina is providing all necessary support for project delivery, including research, preliminary interviews, and conducting all necessary correspondence both with clients and candidates.

Katarina has a research-oriented bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade. She has built her expertise in theoretical and applied research in the areas of deception detection, profiling, forensic and criminal psychology. Her first direct professional experience in the field she acquired at the Criminal Psychology and Polygraph Examinations Unit of the National Forensic Centre. Later, while working at the European Forensic Agency on the development of forensic statement analysis standards and protocols in order to improve investigative procedures, she advanced her skills and knowledge in the area of effective communication and psychological assessment for a wide range of uses.

As an associate at Sinapsa edicije publishing house, Katarina expanded her knowledge of design and use of psychological instruments, and acquired experience in business operations, marketing and sales.

Apart from being a psychologist, Katarina is also a dancer with occasional engagements in theater and on film. Katarina is fluent in English and speaks conversational French.
